Terms & Conditions — JL Merritt Investments / Casa Sol y Luna

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Casa Sol y Luna (solylunasayulita.com) and any communications with JL Merritt Investments.

SMS COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your mobile phone number to JL Merritt Investments, you agree to receive automated SMS notifications related to property management, bookings, and operations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Your SMS opt-in consent is not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

RESERVATIONS

All reservations require a 50% deposit at booking and 50% balance due 30 days prior to check-in. All payments are non-refundable. A 25% administrative fee applies if the property is re-rented following a cancellation (re-rental is not guaranteed).

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay, including but not limited to: towels ($20 each), bed sheets ($30 per set), bedding ($80 per item). Guests agree to comply with all house rules provided at check-in.

LIABILITY

JL Merritt Investments is not liable for interruptions to water, power, or internet service, or for construction noise in the surrounding area outside our control. Guests assume all risk associated with use of the property, pool, and surrounding areas.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Providers include Squaremouth.com and TravelGuard.com.
