All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. All cancellations must be received at least 90 days prior to expected arrival date, or no refunds shall be granted. Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the reservation and no refund will be granted.

If you cancel more than 90 days before your arrival, your prepayment deposit will be refunded less 10% of the total reservation amount. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 90-days of your arrival. In recognition of current disruptions in travel, it is recommended that you purchase travel insurance (inclusive of COVID-19 coverage where applicable) to protect your purchase prior to confirmation and acceptance of these terms. The property does NOT provide exemptions from its cancellation policy for medical or personal matters, inclement weather, or other circumstances.

Bookings made more than 90 days prior to arrival will require a 50% deposit of your total reservation amount due at the time of reservation. 90 days prior to your expected arrival date, a full, non-refundable prepayment, including tax, will be charged to the booking credit card. 

Bookings made within 90 days of arrival will be charged the full, non-refundable prepayment, including tax, at the time of booking.

The Property reserves the right to cancel a stay at any time prior to the scheduled check in time on the day of arrival for any reason. If the Property cancels a stay, a refund will be issued for prepayments.

1. Agreement
This agreement is made between Escape Plan, LLC (the "Owner" of the "Property" commonly referred to as Casa Rosada) and the renter (“you” or “guest”). By submitting payment you agree to the terms and conditions in this agreement.
